ARP-A Training Course Overview

The course begins by tackling the “why” behind reliability. You’ll explore the business case for reliability improvement, and discover the hidden costs of reactive maintenance. From there, we challenge common myths in asset management, helping you reset your assumptions and establish a solid, shared understanding.

ARP-A Training Course Objectives

No reliability improvement initiative can be successful unless everyone is on the same page. Everyone needs to pull in the same direction. Everyone needs to share the same understanding of the issues, benefits, and remedies. And everyone must be inspired to contribute, support activities intended to improve reliability and performance, and look for opportunities to make improvements. This is the way to create the “culture of reliability”.

The course achieves this goal by utilising animations and animated simulations that make it understandable, memorable, and interesting. Delivered by passionate industry experts, this course, with the optional exam/certification, will make a difference to the future of your organisation. Through a combination of instructor-led sessions, case studies, group discussions, and polling activities, you’ll come away with a clear understanding of what it takes to build and support a world-class reliability programme.
