Machine Sentry® Online MSO provides continuous remote monitoring for industrial assets, supporting vibration, speed, temperature, torque, pressure, ultrasound and other measurement types. Designed for demanding applications, it helps reliability teams monitor asset condition, capture advanced diagnostic data and respond earlier to developing faults.
What is the Machine Sentry® OnlineMachine Sentry® Online MSO is a vibration and process sensor designed to detect the operating state of a machine. It can identify when equipment is stopped, starting up or running, and whether it is operating under low or high load. Alerts can be configured for each state, enabling timely response as conditions change. As part of a condition-based maintenance strategy, data collected from Machine Sentry® Online connects securely via WiFi or GPRS to the Machine Sentry® web platform. Information can be accessed remotely by plant operators or expert AVT Reliability® engineers. Compact in size and easy to install, MSO is designed for efficient long-term monitoring. Its low power consumption and high storage capacity make it an economical solution, while eight high-speed dynamic inputs are provided as standard for simultaneous data acquisition. An optional upgrade adds a further four static inputs, and the enclosure can be upgraded to include ATEX certification where required. |
