Phil started his career with AVT Reliability in 2012 at 23 years old as a Mobile CBM Engineer. Phil spent his working days travelling across the country, on and off shore, providing site-specific support and relief support for engineers taking annual leave. After five years, Phil was promoted to the role of Consultant Engineer, focussing on reciprocating compressor monitoring and analysis.
Later, Phil transitioned to a Team Leader position, overseeing contracts, and managing a close-knit team of engineers before progressing to his current role of England CM Manager, where he is now responsible for a large selection of vital contracts and managing a diverse team of engineers.
Phil Gordon is an excellent example of how you can begin a career at AVT Reliability and with a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork, a commitment to skill development and a passion for seeing a job well done you can not only succeed, you can thrive.
