What is Machine Sentry®?
Visual inspections, vibration analysis, thermal imaging and lubrication management are captured in a single database and visualised through the cloud service. This supports the core goals of plant management: efficiency, reliability and safety.
Data is analysed by ADA™ (Automated Diagnostic Assistant) using algorithms developed by AVT Reliability® experts. ADA™ can predict stage 2, 3 and 4 bearing failure and detect common fault conditions such as looseness and imbalance, giving you a clear picture of asset health for fast, informed decisions.
As a cloud solution, our engineers can support you remotely, or your trained staff can manage analysis in-house with guidance from AVT Reliability®.
