Congratulations to our newly qualified CBM Engineer
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗕𝗠 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
| We are pleased to announce Callum Small’s promotion from CBM Trainee to CBM Engineer. Callum has demonstrated that he can perform at a level well above what is expected of a trainee when it comes to handling the complex contractual responsibilities of a customer-facing position. Callum started his journey with AVT Reliability in August 2022 as a CBM trainee based at a Grangemouth petrochemical site. Over the last couple of years, Callum has been working on laser alignment and Windrock surveys, and he has worked hard to pass his MLA-1 and VA2 exams, demonstrating his continuous proficiency as a CBM engineer through our competency evaluation program. Congratulations on your promotion Callum! You should be very proud of what you have achieved. 👏 |
