2024 𝘋𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 – 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 Charlie started his apprenticeship with AVT Reliability in September 2023, after completing A-Levels Charlie decided that hands-on work in the form of an apprenticeship suited his learning style better than going to university. Following the interview and induction day, it was clear to see how eager Charlie was to get started in the office. Since then Charlie has gone from strength to strength working across a variety of areas including Machine Sentry Online systems, operating the support desk and learning all there is to know about the Machine Sentry product suite. Apprenticeships are essential to us here at AVT Reliability and we pride ourselves on our ability to create a positive, engaging and inspiring learning and working environment for all of our staff members. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Charlie on his award. 🥇 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲 “𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘥𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘐𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘥𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘐𝘢𝘮𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘵𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘮𝘺𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳“
